Please review the requirements below before submitting an application. All applications are subject to screening and approval by property management.
All applicants must complete an online rental application through the property manager’s application portal.
A background screening is required for all applicants.
A minimum credit score of 620 is preferred. Applicants with lower credit scores may qualify under alternative approval options, subject to additional requirements.
Applicants must have no previous evictions.
We do not currently participate in the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program.
Pet-friendly properties allow a maximum of one pet.
Confirm the individual property’s pet terms with management before applying.
Tenants are responsible for all utilities.
Tenants are responsible for landscaping and lawn maintenance.
First month’s rent and the security deposit are required at move-in.
All applications are subject to screening and approval before a lease agreement is signed.
